When I asked if they got equal pay to men he chuckled and said, “They get half the pay because they work together.” I guess he didn't see that the women were twice as fast as the men. Nor did he care to notice that some men were working together.

In the middle of the desert during our camel trek, our guide decided to stop at the local watering hole. As he was resting, a young boy popped-out from nowhere and demanded chocolate. He said if he didn’t get any sweets, he would stone the camels. Our guide calmly turned to him and simply said if he threw stones, he’d have to order his camels to chase him down. The boy sulked away.
